Vitamin D and Breastfeeding

Here’s an interesting article from kellymom.com on Vitamin D and Breastfeeding. The AAP recommends that all humans receive Vit D supplementation, including newborns, while some research has shown that if the nursing parent takes a mega dose of Vit D, they may not need to give it separately to the baby.
